No it will not in any measurable way unless the game is cpu bound in which case it still is not bottlenecking graphics perform it only provides too little cpu performance

I will buy new mbo when i get money.
Cuz this one (ECS 945PL) supports up to this processor i have.
Btw i OC C2D to 2.5Ghz,and im planing to go up to 3.0 with new MBO and cooler.

The E4400 is only a 65nm part, 3.00GHz might be pushing it a little.

~2933 is usually 'safe' though... and stable.
