will intel core i3 3220 bottleneck 280x

I am currently running core i3 3220 and sapphire 7770, I play a lot of battlefield 4 with around 40-100 fps on lowest settings. I aim for the best experience so I really would like to keep my fps over 70 at all the times. I am currently running on a 17 inch 75hz monitor. So I was thinking of getting a r9 280x or r9 270x. I would get 280x if it wouldn't bottleneck the cpu, but I am not sure about that. But if it does then I would get an 270x, do you guys think 270x will help me achieve my goals ?

Either will help but BF4 benefits from good CPU so how much is hard to tell.

Bf4 really requires 4 cores not to lag. Either way 270 or 280 u need a CPU upgrade for bf4. What's ur budget?

6GB DDR in geekbench it shows 666mhz but in bios it shows 1333mhz. don't know which one is true
regular 500 gb hard drive
motherboard is GA-H61M-DS2H

Your budget will buy you I5 3350P and R9 280X, That combo would do well in BF4.
