will intel i5-4570k work with the gigabyte 970a-ud3 motherboard?

FX- 4350
HD 7770 ghz edition
1 x 8Gb corsair ram
500Gb HDD
500 or 600 watt power supply
Mid size ATX case

I would like to know if I could upgrade just my CPU and graphics card? would like to upgrade to i5-4570k with EVGA GTX760.

would upgrading to a 6350 or 8350 be better than an i5 4570k?
will be looking at playing gta v for pc?
