Question Will intel optane work with an i7-4770?

I have done my research on the product and I'm fairly sure it won't, but I might as well double check.

Intel Optane Memory requires specific processor and chipset support. You need at least a 7th Gen Kaby Lake CPU. You are well behind that with a 4th Gen i7-4770 Haswell CPU.

Correct...it will not.
In addition...the Optane cache modules are a solution looking for a problem in the consumer space.
