I don't believe there is any easy way to make that happen.
You might be able to get an older version of Opera to install.

Windows 7 ships with IE8 -- why would you want to use IE7?

That's right. Also`IE 8 is oodles better than IE 7.

Install windows XP mode and you can have IE7 to your heart's content.

I'm assuming you need it because of compatibility. Have you tried the compatibility view yet to see if that fixes the problem? Otherwise, XP Mode is your only choice or dual boot into XP/Vista
