Im upgrading a pc dell optiplex 9010 with gtx 960 and extra 4gb ram. Will i need to upgrade the psu?or will it just work.

First off the card is a fake, it only has vga dvi etc, there should be display ports on a gtx 960. It probably is like a gt 450. I wouldn't buy a dollar from China for a penny. Second you only have 250 watt psu. You would need at least a 400-450 watt psu. What processor do you have on board?
