got everything except video card but will the cx430 watt be enough for the r7 370 because it says it will on paper but will it in a real life situation? thanks for answering (if anyone does answer haha)

Normally, a 450W PSU is recommended for the R7-370as a minimum. I suspect you will be fine as long as you don't overclock anything. The capacity of the +12V rail is what is important, and the CX 430's 32 amp/384W (+12v) rail should be fine.

I highly advise against using a 430w PSU for the 370 or 380, you will want at least a 500w.

The 110W R7-370 is the strongest card I would use with your PSU. And then only if you don't do any OC'ing.
