i have this old motherboard "H61M-S2V-B3" and i wonder if This cpu "Core I3 3220 "would work with it + gtx 1050 2g

the problem is that the cpu require Different version of bios Upgrade than the one that the vga card require so i don't know if the cpu and that vga card Would work together on this motherboard?
