It will work, the psu is even way bigger than what you need.

Should be fine. Ideally you'll want that DDR4 to be a dual channel kit and as fast as possible. That will be the memory used for the integrated GPU.

Power supply is a little overkill. It is okay to go down to about 450W with a build like this. So go down a size or two and get a higher quality power supply. (Unless you already have that one, then it is fine)

Dual channel, 2 4 gb sticks (2666 mhz).

With Ryzen I'd get atleast dual channel DDR4 3000 especially if you plan on using the igpu for any gaming tasks. Ryzen's infinity fabric benefits from faster ram and the igpu benefits even more from fast ram as it has to use that ram as vram.

You also never posted the make and model of the PSU. While a good 650w psu is overkill for the listed specs a poor quality 650w PSU could still cause you problems.

Not a PSU I would use. Weak rails all around, bad ripple suppression and low quality capacitors to boot. So overall a PSU that is best avoided

Is it better if I bought a EVGA 450 B1 450W? , because already own THE 550w.

While the B1 is better than the Mission a CX450 would be a better option.
