I am hoping to build a CPU with AMD A4 4000 Processor,gigabyte FM2 Motherboard,4gb DDR3 Ram, and Nvidia GT430 1gb ddr3.......
my budget is short and I am a casual gamer......

Is this setup is enough to play recent 2013 games at 720p at HIGH settings?? Plz suggest.......

Solution

The A4-4000 is integrated with Radeon HD 7480D graphics which is not good for gaming, nor is originally suggested GT 430. What parts do you have available? See if you could get a Radeon 7700 series card.
What kind of budget do you have? You could do something like this, which is enough to play most games on medium at 1080p settings (720p is a bit less resource intensive so you'd probably be able to get high settings on most).
