Hi!I'm planning to buy a gaming pc and I wonder if my GPU(MSI Geforce 1050 Ti Gaming X 4gb DDR5) will work well with my CPU(I5-7500).

Well,1060 is nice,of course,but is out of my budget.I was just wondering if the GPU is too "lazy"for the CPU.

Doesn't work like that. That cpu is of 60fps minimum in nearly all games, the 1050Ti gpu can also do 60fps @ 1080p in all games but some you will need to drop to medium-high settings. If you went lower on cpu you couldn't achieve 60 fps in games. The difference between the 1050Ti and 1060 when at 1080p 60Hz is more about what settings you can run.

However if you haven't bought anything I would look at Ryzen 1500 or 1600. Should cost similar but the extra threads should help it last longer.
