Will it bottleneck???? E8600 GTX 750ti 4GB

Solution
I don't think you'll see much if any bottleneck. From my limited experience testing various CPUs and GPUs, the dual core Wolfdale should still be able to hold its own with the GTX 750 Ti in all but the very latest, most CPU-demanding games. If I were to recommend a max gfx card for that aging CPU and a stock 300W PSU, it would be the GTX 750 Ti.

Well people have done it before a standard asus 750ti with no problem i just wanted to know if the extra ram will make any difference,

They will certainly work together, that is not a concern. I would offer that they are not optimal together. The GPU is more capable that the CPU. Thus the term bottleneck. That does not mean that you won't be satisfied. Just something to be aware of.

Will it create a larger bottleneck if i have a 750ti with more vram and higher clock speeds for example the asus 750ti and the strix oc 4gb.

A bit more, yes. But it will pay off in those games that are mostly GPU-limited. Games that are easy on the CPU but demand a lot from the gfx card.
