Will it bottleneck my CPU ?

I was just wondering, I am considering to upgrade my gpu to the Gtx 1070 but the CPU I currently have is an i5 4460, can this CPU handle the 1070 and if not what CPU could I buy that could handle the 1070

To expand on the topic slightly, roughly where is the cut off for bottle necking the 1070 and 1080 respectively?

Maybe an i3 CPU will bottleneck it in some games, but that's about it (if that's what you're asking).
