Will it bottleneck?

Hey Friends,
Here's something that confuses me, im planning to upgrade my cpu from a fx-6100 to a fx-6350 and i don't know if this cpu will bottleneck a GTX 860 (a rebranded GTX 780 but consuming much less). -> http://wccftech.com/alleged-nvidia-maxwell-architectural-specifications-unveiled-project-denver-maxwell-refresh/ -----> Read the NVIDIA Maxwell GM106 if you don't believe me.
I also planned to upgrade to intel broadwell. but i won't do that untill ddr4 is out, so what do i do?? Can i buy the fx-6350 and the GTX 860 just to suit me 2 years... will it bottleneck anything?? Or just buying nothing and wait for intel skylake and Nvidia's Volta and take 3 more years of the fx-6100 and of my GTX 660??

The 6350 will be a bottleneck, its a good budget CPU, but the GTX780 is a very powerful card.
