Will it bottleneck?

no you should be fine with that CPU. I run 2 GTX 980's with a i7 3930k (six core) @ 4.2-4.6ghz ( i have a couple of OC profiles as well as a stock 3.2ghz)...point being your CPU cores are newer than mine and my system doesn't bottleneck even a little bit. A single up to dual GPU's should be fine. hell i even use an older i7 970 (six core) @4.0ghz with 2 gtx 780's with no issue. Most i7 CPU's starting from sockets 1366...1150...1155 all the way to 2011\ 2011-v2 should be more than capable of driving your gpus.

you really can't get a faster cpu for gaming..... so even if it did, your only option would be to overclock the cpu, or fork out a significant amount of money for an intel 6 core and overclock that, but that would bring only minimal gains over your 4790k. Unless your running a 1440p or greater monitor resolution, or have a 144hz monitor, all that gpu power is going to go to waste regardless of what cpu is with it.
