Will it Bottleneck?

Hi, i recently purchased a geforce gtx 750 ti 2 gb and i was wondering if this and my cpu will bottleneck? my processor is a amd athlon 5350. plz help.

The CPU is trash but there shouldn't be major bottlenecks.

^ This. That's not a good CPU. However, most game have very little load on the CPU, and the 750ti isn't top of the line either, despite being more recent. It will bottleneck, but not enough to say it's not worth upgrading a GPU.
