Will it bottleneck?

I have a CPU AMD Quad Core 750k X4 3.4ghz
and a GPU of AMD RADEON R7 250 1GB GDDR5
i am thinking of buying AMD RADEON HD 6970 2GB GDDR5
and i came to ask will there be bottleneck with this
update: also, will it bottleneck with nvidia gtx 660
i have more options and i'm thinking
update 2: and how about gtx 750 ti? i'm sorry to ask once again but it also appears as an option

Your R7 250 bottlenecks the 750k right now, but both of those cards (6970 and 660) work well with the 750k.

Any of the cards you list should work just fine with your processor.

I'm running a AMD Quad Core CPU FX770K 3.5 ghz with a powerful RX 480 8GB graphics card and have never experienced bottlenecking.

Your R7 250 bottlenecks the 750k right now, but both of those cards (6970 and 660) work well with the 750k.

Why are you looking at cards from last two generations? The 750 Ti is a good pick for the money, but the GTX 950 can be had for about $120 USD and that is a good buy at that price, and can be moved to a faster system. It will be a viable gaming card for a few years with no issues.

750 Ti is about 10-15% faster than the 6970 and the GTX 950 is another 25% or more faster than the 750 Ti.
