i just got the ryzen 5 1600, with vengance 3200mhz 8gb ddr4 ram and a tomahawh b350 msi motherboard, i left my old gtx 660 for now because i dont have the money to upgrade right away, Should i be worried that it will bottle neck or wear out my pc?
You are in a good situation. Your bottleneck will be at your GPU. Like the previous poster said, you'll be able to run a while but once you upgrade you should really get a nice boost.
Of course you will be massively framerate and resolution limited by the GTX660 in newer games, but, could likely play games from that era, or, perhaps a year or so newer with reduced visual quality/texture and/or resolution settings.

Okay thanks I'm not too bothered I normally play on low graphics anyways it's what I'm used to, I'm just asking will it cause too much stress on the cpu, like I play pubg on lowest settings and get around 50/60fps but it that all from the cpu and making the gpu obsolete or is it okay?
