its between gtx 1060 3gb and i3 3220 3.3 ghz processor , will this setup cause bottleneck?

Yes, most games will be limited by your CPU. If you plan to upgrade the CPU sometime soon, go ahead. If not, get a GTX 1050 Ti, GTX 1650, or even an RX 570 since they are cheap.

It depends on the game... But should works fine most of the time particulalrly with older titles.

Depends on game and resolution but it may hold back the performance slightly. However it's a massive improvement if your using the iGPU on that 3220.

Price to performance I'd take the RX 570 4gb over the 1060 3gb and make sure you have a capable PSU.
