Question will it bottleneck?

I currently have i5-3350p and gtx 1050 2gb, if i buy myself Palit GeForce GTX 1060 6GB jetstream, how big is the bottleneck?

There's no exact number or percentage we can give you as it depends on the game and resolution but if your at 1080P or 1080P UW then it's still a good pairing.

that's not a bad pairing you shouldn't be facing bottlenecks in most games

Agreed, you will be fine. I have a colleague at work running Sandy Bridge i5 (previous gen compared to yours) paired with 1060 and he hasn't experienced any issues at 1080p.
