Question Will it bottleneck?

Hello I just wanted to do an upgrade on my PC I have msi h310m pro vdh plus and wanted to know if I use I7 9700 with rtx 3050 will it bottleneck hard? If CPU is weak what about I7 9700k?
Im using it for gaming and my budget is limited so I can't change anything but only CPU and after months I can go for gpu.
The reason for not going for both or any other components?
Because my country currency is worser than any other countries and even one of the components costs millions for us.TT_TT

All systems bottleneck to some extent. Buy what you can afford and then change your settings to optimize your configuration. You'll be fine with either CPU with the 3050.

As you go upscale you may also need to upgrade the psu.
Just be aware.
