Hey guys!!! I am finally planning to install ati sapphire 1gb 6670 ddr5(due to tight budget 🙁 )!!! My question is will my processor bottleneck the GPU???

My processor is AMD Phenom X4 9750 Quad Core @2.4Ghz!!

2gb Ram(planning to upgrade to 4)

Mobo- GIGABYTE GA-M68M-S2P and have an 450w PSU!!!
