It says that the GPU Clearance for the NZXT Guardian 912 RB is 265 millimeters. My graphics card is a bit under 300. I was wondering if it would be possible to remove the HDD Cage and allow it to fit.

Yes you can remove the cages or bays.

It has screwless rail design.
