First:

i7 950 3.07 1366
Sabertooth x58
GTX 460 1 GB (x2 (SLI))
OCZ 750 W PSU
Antec 900 (Addition side fan on wall)
2x 7200 HDD
1 CD/DVD Drive


Looking to upgrade to an aftermarket heatsink, and looking at the Zalman CNPS12X, however not sure if it will fit in an Antec 900 with a side fan, and furthermore if a 750w PSU will be enough to power it all.

A 750 will be just fine. I run an i7-950 OC'ed with a pair of 560 ti's using a Corsair tx750w.

As far as the fit, I think it should be fine. However, the detailed dimensions are provided on newegg (with a very nice diagram). If you're nervous open up your case and measure to make sure you have the space.

The thermalright Silver arrow Fits in the antec 900, and it is a very very large cpu cooler.

You should be fine! If you want to make sure....compare the size of the zalman with the thermalright.

Yes it will fit! the Zalman is 155mm tall.
You still might lose the side fan though idk.
