So i've looked into the dimensions and I'm still not entirely sure. Anyone know for sure? Wanna be certain before I order the card. I realize I need a new psu, but I just wanna know if the dimensions of that 680 are too big. Thanks for the help. If you think there's a better fitting card that can run ultra performance then feel free to post it!

Do you already have the prebuilt? It Looks like it would, but I don't know because you haven't said the demebsions. What are you going to be using this pc for? If it's gaming, you need to change every part.

It looks like you'll have no problem fitting a 10.5" graphics card into that case.
