CPU and mobo won't affect size of CPU...but case will.

I was in a store today and noticed the Frio OC box label does not include 1155, but the website does. Is this the one:

Yes it is the one. I guess it has 1155 but if it will only have 1156 thats ok because it is similar to 1155. Thank you very much!
