Should work fine. The board is fitted with an optional PCIe discrete graphics card slot and has a 300 watt PSU.

As for it working there is a chance it will not as some Dells have issues with some GPU's. You may want to try looking it up on the Dell forums to see what others have used. That said Amazon has a good return policy, so worst case you can return it.

Yes,it will fit as your case is not a slimmer one.
Also,I'd advise you to get a GTX 750ti, costs about the same but performs better.
