Would all these be compatiable in my case and together (will it fit)?

should fit - but why do you get a Mini-ITX card?? this card will be slow and hot compared to a regular sized one.
depending on your budget go with the 1050Ti released next week or a Rx480

a 850W PSU is severe overkill unless you plan on getting 2xGTX1080+an i7
550W can handle any single GPU setup.

if you can get a better cooler like a Cryorig H7 (not if it costs 100pounds)
