Hi would a gigabyte gtx 1080 g1 gaming GPU fit in my gigabyte USB 3.0 GA-78LMT ?

Also would these fit inside the corsair crystal 460x case ?

Yes it will work as the GPU needs the PCI-E slot and almost all motherboard has that slot including Yours and it will easily fit in your case its has enofgh space for the 1080ti or you can check the GPU you are buying the dimensions of it and you can check if your case has that much space for the GPU
