Will it fit?

I'm looking at using a XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 in my new build but don't know if it will fit. I'll be using a ASUS RAMPAGE FORMULA LGA 775 MB in a Thermaltake Armor Series VA8003BWS case with a 25cm side fan. If it won't fit does anyone have a suggestion as a good alternate?
