Will it handle it?

Hi people i have an CX 430W PSU it's about 5 months old and now i got E3300 celereon OCed to 3.15 Ghz from 2.5 on stock voltage and a Radeon hd 6670 DDr3 version pretty stone age huh?
So i wana upgrade my PC each component individualy so by that i mean i will upgrade my Celeron to FX 8320 will this PSU handle it? On max load becouse i am rendering in sony vegas videos so i will use all the juice from that CPU i then might wana upgrade my HDD the big old school WD caviar blue 160GB IDE one yeah i still use it now and type these words from windows on it to 1TB caviar black then i will upgrade the PSU to CX 600W and then GPU so will it handle the CX 430 the FX 8320 and new hdd? i mich do a tiny bit OC

Upgrade your PSU before upgrading your video card.
CPU or Video card upgrade would be OK, both with an overclock might push it past it's limits 'on occasion'.

So i thinked and i am now getting FX 8350 cuz it got better performance for little! and pretty much same power consumption
