Question Will it handle?

I want to know if my computer supports a GPU, and some suggestions of GPU for me too
i7 3770
Asrock Z77 Extreme 6
8GB (2x4GB) 1333Mhz Kingston
SSD 120GB A400
HDD 1TB
Thermaltake TR2 600W
First I want to know if it can handle a Titan or a RX 580, second I want to know some suggestions that can handle most of "new" games like CSGO, Apex, Dota 2, PUBG, and etc... Doesnt need to be on ultra, med-max is ok.... Oh, and thats not much expensive

A Titan or RX580 are very odd choices, being at the middle and top of the performance scale.
There is no reason you can't use a GPU, the question is budget and resolution.
