This are my specs:
1.CPU Intel Celeron G1820 2.70 GHz
2.PSU 500W
3.GPU Intel Hd Graphics(Haswell)
4.Mobo Asrock H81m-VG4 R2.0
5.Ram Kingston 6 Gb 1333mhz DDR3
Will i have big bottleneck with 1050 ti 4 gb
 
Solution
Older or low-spec games would run fine. Most new AAA games would suffer from the CPU bottleneck. If you don't have a GPU and are wanting to buy a GPU to play some games the 1050 Ti would still be a good choice even if you have a CPU limitation. It has 4GB memory buffer to give you decent performance now and in the future. You can always buy a used i5 later.

6GB system RAM is okay, but 8GB (2x4GB) would be better.

There might be a minor CPU bottleneck, although it shouldn't be too severe. I would still recommend a new CPU, though, as, especially as time passes, your CPU is going to have trouble with games. AAA titles specifically will be very difficult for it to run.
