so i have asus laptop K95VJ with these specs:
intel core i3-3120M 2.50GHz 2.50GHz
8 GB of RAM
64bit windows 8
nvidia GeForce GT 635M and intel hd 4000 with directx 11
HDD 1 TB
resolution is 1920x1080

So my question is what can i overclock, how and will it help me, of it will, how much?

Sorry, you can't overclock laptop CPUs.

You might be able to OC the GPU via Afterburner or the Nvidia Control Panel, but you can't OC the CPU or memory. Also, with the GPU (Nvidia) you need to be careful to not generate too much heat (causing other issues).

Laptops are difficult to OC because of their basic design limitations (in terms of heat and power).
