will it matter? 2133 or 2400 memory?

So I got this mobo Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H

and ordered this memory Crucial Ballistix Sport 8gb DDR4 2400

Will it matter if I use the 2400 memory type?

No it won't matter. The 2400 will run at 2133mhz anyway.

Yep, 2400MHz is just higher binned RAM which can overclock further, but since it isn't a Z170 motherboard (overclocking board), it will just default to the native 2133MHz.
