this motherboard can work with 4 pins ?

Yes, it will work. The 8-pin is needed for additional stable power, for more powerful CPUs. But PC will work with only 4-pin power connected.

What i'm more concerned, is your PSU make and model (or part number) since 230W unit, usually, isn't good quality.
