Will it run Arma 3 On High Settings?

Hey there guys, Im looking at getting a new pc within a few months, and i have a budget around 800-1000 dollars. I live in Australia so finding a good sites been a bit of a pain, and i can't put one together myself (never worked with hardware, good with software though.)

Anyway, i have come across one that looks decent, it has a:

CPU: Intel Core i3 3220
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard
Graphics: Sapphire Radeon HD7770 1GB GHz Edition V2
Memory: Corsair CMV4GX3M2A1333C9 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3

And it will be running either windows 7 or windows 8 (can't decide)
Anyway, will this card and set up be able to run Arma 3? On high settings?
Smoothly that is (hoping for at least 30+ at 1920x1080), I've run it through a couple of minimum requirments site, and they all said it could, but you never know right?
If not, would a GTX card be better? if so, what would be a suitable GTX card within the same sort of price range? the Website im getting the build off doesn't let you compare cards easily, you have to pick a gtx 650 or whatever, and go through all the different cards based off that reference card.

650 Ti Boost would be the minimum Id use.

Will a 500w be enough to run a 650ti boost? Its around 60 dollars more, maybe 70, bringing the total price of the whole unit up to around $790 i could squeeze it in, but to add another power unit would hurt as well, and then i for what im paying for the machine, i might as well go the 7850 for with 8gb of ram for 869, it has:
CPU: AMD FX 4130 4-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2 Motherboard
Graphics: Gigabyte Radeon HD7850 2GB OC
Memory: G.Skill Sniper F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3

In my experience a 500w psu isnt enough power to run yr 650 ti boost,i have the same card and was running it off a 500w psu and the gpu kept on overheating and crashing my games,eventually i had to replace the graphix card because i thought the card was the problem,when i replaced the card the overheating and crashing continued,after alot of research and some helpful people on toms hardware i was able to conclude that my graphix card wasnt the problem it was my PSU,I changed my PSU which was cheap and nasty 500w to a corsair 750w modular and now the overheatings stopped and my games dont crash anymore,You probably could just about run a nvidia 650 ti boost on 500w with a really good PSU but i think yr ideally better off just upgrading to a 750w,PSU's are easy to install so dont worry if it sounds to complicated it really isnt and if you get stuck theres plenty of info on here or other forums that can help you out.

If by high you mean max settings then sadly the answer would be no. The game is very demanding but it does have a great deal of options when it comes to setting the graphics. You may be able to run the game on high settings if you turn the view/draw distance down very low.

I play arma 3 with 650 ti boost and you cant play it on max settings but you can play it on high settings,the diffrence between the 2 settings is minimal and i find i get a satisfactory 60fps with high settings,the game is CPU intensive tho so i recommend 4 core or above.
