Will it run BF4 on high-ultra settings at 60FPS

Hey, Building a new gaming pc for bf4 completely new. I play bf4 and really any game I like. also like video editing.

CPU-AMD FX-8320 Vishera 3.5GHz
GPU-R9 280X
MOBO-GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
RAM-CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600
PSU-Corsair HX750 750 watt 80 plus gold

You should be able to play BF4 on ultra settings with that build.

That build will run BF4 on Ultra @ 1080p at 60FPS

its equivalent is the Gtx 770 and it runs the game at 59.2 FPS

AMD has mantle so it should run a bit better
