Im considering buying a GTX 960 Non low profile and im wonder will a Black 500W 12CM Silent Fan PC Power Supply ATX Computer PSU 500 Watt SATA 24-PIN Be compatible with and im not to good with parts and gizmos just a side question to if it can support it would it also run a amd A10-7800

Yes it would, but I'd buy a different PSU, as cheap ones can kill themselves, your components and possibly you. Please refer to this:
