[SOLVED] Will it run smoothly?

I've come across a few extra dollars and decided to build an over-kill Sim Racing rig. My question is, will 2 RTX 2080Ti's running in SLI run 3 1440p 144hz monitors smoothly? My build will be as follows:

i9 9900K processor
ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero
32gb G.Skill DDR4 PC3200 memory
2 Nvidia RTX 2080 Founders Edition GPU's running in SLI
1 TB Samsung EVO Plus M.2 SSD
3 TB Western Digital mechanical hard drive

I know this may be overkill, but what kind of FPS should I expect in iRacing, Grand Turismo and other racing type simulations?

Kind of. Running 3 1440p 144hz monitors is going to be a really hard thing to do in modern racing games. If you don't mind lower fps and settings, it should do.
There really is no way to get any more performance.

Thank you remix. My concern is that triple 1080P monitors will bottleneck the CPU... or is that just single screen?

Nah the load would still be mainly on the gpu still.
9900k can play nearly any game 144hz.
