Hi! I am building a system with following specs:

i3 7100
Gigabyte GA-H110M-H Intel Socket LGA1151 Motherboard
4x2=8 gb DIMM DDR4 2133 mhz RAM
ASUS GTX 1050 DUAL OC 2048MB
Corsair CX430 PSU
120 gb Adata SSD
1 tb seagate barracuda hdd

1. Will the system run with full compatibility of parts with each other with no bottlenecks?
2. And can i put ddr2 ram in this mobo?

Solution
1) GTX 1050 has more raw power under the hood... though RX 460 is better optimized, I'd still expect better performance out of the 1050.
2) Yes.
3) Since you'll have a skylake CPU to update BIOS with, I'd suggest i5 7500
4) Well, Intel CPUs are just plain powerful. That CPU can go all the way up to an R9 390X or something and be fine. Don't worry about it, a bottleneck free system is near impossible to achieve. I still say that your configuration is good.
1) You will probably need to update BIOS with an existing skylake CPU before being able to actually use the i3 7100. I'd suggest Gigabyte B250M-DS3H. Lil more expensive, but hassle free.
2) No, the board only supports DDR4 RAM. Different pin out than DDR2.
3) I would swap the CX430 for a Seasonic S12II. Better quality.
4) I hear Pentium G4560's are out of stock everywhere, but if you're patient, it's much better value per dollar than an i3. You could put that money into an AMD Radeon RX 470 which runs circles around a 1050, or just pocket the extra cash.

1) I didn't understood it clearly. Can't I just put the processor in the mobo and run it?

No.
The motherboard may/probably will need a BIOS update to run that -7100 CPU.
Which will require a Skylake CPU to do the update.

Just buy a compatible CPU/motherboard from the start.

But it is written that it supports 7th gen.

And if you read the actual specs page:
http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H110M-H-rev-10#sp
"* For 7th Generation Intel® Core™ processors support need to update the latest BIOS."

Yes. The reason is that the motherboard has the LGA1151 socket that 7th gen mainstream consumer chips use, but the BIOS on it doesn't recognize the extra speed and configuration of the newer chip, as there are some changes it wasn't programmed to "see", to put simply as I could.

will this mobo support without updating bios?
Asus H110M-D Intel Socket 1151 Motherboard
or any other best cheapest mobo that supports it and the build specs i mentioned...

No. Get a 200 series chipset if you want to MAKE SURE it is supported out of the box.

Any 100 series chipset MIGHT be sold by the vendor with the updated BIOS, this can vary.
You could bring it to a PC repair shop if they say they can help you update the BIOS, or if you have good friends with a skylake chip you might be able to ask if you can borrow theirs.

A B250 chipset motherboard will be at least $60, I tend to prefer Gigabyte on the cheap end as they have served me well, but ASRock is much better nowadays I hear.

Ok! I will stick with the core i3 6100 as 7100 doesn't gains much performance over it..

1. What to choose gtx 1050 or rx 460 (both 2gb) as in rx 460 it gains performance in DX12 and future gaming titles will be DX12 supported..so which one?

2. So,Gigabyte h110m mobo will be okay then?

3.I will upgrade to core i5 next year what will be the best choice which gains significant performance?

4..And the final answer of about will the system run with full capabilities without any bottleneck?

Sorry for asking too much questions at once..but i am just summing up and want final answer.

Solution

1) 430w PSU will be ok?
2)Confused about which case should I choose...

Thermaltake Versa N21 Window Mid-tower Chassis
OR
Corsair Carbide Series® 100R Silent Edition Mid-Tower Case.

3) Are seagate barracuda any good hdds because I have two WD hdds and they have nearly died in just three years 🙁

4) Gigabyte or Asus mobo?

1) Yes
2) Up to you really, doesn't matter much
3) Yes, but BUY THE NEW BARRACUDA. Old ones won't do you much good, and the warranty window will be smaller.
4) Both are good companies. I trust gigabyte more on the low end, I hear asus has poor customer service in the event of a DOA. Not sure if it's true though.

What do you mean by old ones ....old models or the used...

hey i found seagate firecuda sshd what abot them seems like awesome to me..

SSHD is basically a 1TB hard drive with an 8 GB SSD to boot your OS fast. It's not that great value wise for desktop builders IMO.

I mean old models, and to a point used ones. While an old model can work perfectly fine, I'd expect better longevity and warranty coverage from a new drive.

The ST1000DM010 is a solid HDD

since I will be placing my os in ssd i will get the BARRACUDA new one..

Thankyou for your support ..you really helped me ..I asked so many question because this is my first build still thanks..

p.s: I will ask more questions if there's is something more ...until then good bye..have a nice day :)
