Will it run?

Hye guys my friend recently bought a Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF with an i5-4770.
My question is will it be able to run a Nvidia GT 1030 GPU (MSI GeForce GT 1030 2GB OC Low Profile or PALIT GeForce GT 1030 2GB low profile with a fan)?

Forgot to mention. The motherboard is PCI-e 1.0 while the card is 3.0
Not sure but I think the PSU is 240W

The 4770 is a i7 but as long as the card can fit into the system and it has a sufficient PSU I don't see why not.

Yes, my bad here the CPU is I5-3570 and the PSU is 240W, so will it be able to hold the gt 1030.

Maybe, I'm always cautious about prebuilt system PSU's as there usually just powerful enough to run the system as is without a GPU, the GT 1030 is a low power GPU however I think it's going to be cutting it kind of close.
