Yes it will Support. You didn't mentioned your power supply but I Can guess that's Around 350 Watts. It will easily handle XFX 9500GT with no problem. Also 9500GT doesn't require PCIe Power so Powersupply is not a major concern here.

Why a 9500GT? It's an old slow card that often sells for the same price, or close to the same price as new cards that are several times faster.
