also can i combine my 4gb ram and 8gb ram to have 12 gb ? both comes from different brand and both have different Mhz

Solution
Board compatible with GPU - pci-e 3.0 - check
RAM compatible with Board - up to 16GB DDR31600MHZ - check - http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail.aspx?CategoryID=1&DetailID=1427&DetailName=Feature&MenuID=24&LanID=0
GPU not compatible with PSU - ower Supply Required 600 W - but I belive there is no problem...
CPU compatible with RAM - up to 32GB ddr3 1333/1600MHz - check - http://ark.intel.com/products/71053/Intel-Core-i3-3210-Processor-3M-Cache-3_20-GHz

Don't put your old ram with the new cause it will downclock your new RAM to 600Mhz (so you losing 1000Mhz) or will not even run togheter... So use only new ram or wait to buy another one 8gb 1600Mhz in future...

Memory is good. You can try to combine the memory, but it will operate at slowest speed. might not even work at all.
Regarding PSU, check if you can get Antec instead of corsair.
Video card - Will work, but for 150$ it's not that good. Can you wait couple of weeks for the RX 470/ RX460/ GTX 1050 releases ?

I don't know how to do it any instructions would be useful. There are many risk of performing a BIOS update mine comes with a cursor on it which is easy to operate and it has a really modern User Interface, which seems appropriate for what i'm going to get, but still instructions would be helpful. I know i am asking silly questions sorry i'm new at it
