I'll be buying all that soon and I already have a I7 4790k bought for my CPU.

Basically i just wanna know if it's all gonna work well without risk of it 'blowing up' so to speak. Also If I can save money on any parts without losing performance it would be a plus.

$1358.06 total in USD 1.55USD=1 pound
"will it work" not without an operating system. The performance would be better if you used a ssd instead of the 2tb HDD but you would get less space and it would cost slightly more. There's a Samsung 500gb SSD for around 148.38 pounds/$230.00 on pcpartspicker.com. Your power supply looks good and your motherboard supports your ram sticks and your cpu socket type.
GPU and motherboard-$608.40/392.51 pounds -http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z97gaming5 $140.99/90.96pounds
-http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-gtx970gaming4g $342.99/221.28pounds
-312.24 pounds total if you don't do the bundle
392.51-312.24=80.27 pounds more your paying for the bundle.
My advice buy the parts separately from the same outlet so shipping isn't split. If you buy the bundle theres a markup because they placed them beside each other.
148.38-80.27=68.11 pounds for ssd vs 47.20 pounds which is now actually -33.07 pounds for the 2 TB HDD! lol

I didn't mention it but i have a 250 gig SSD in my current PC, and a Windows ultimate OS on my current hard drive so I'll just convert them over to the new build.

But i'll see how much it costs if i do them all individually instead of together.
