Yeah if you're going to be overclocking that cpu, make sure you spend at least $50-$60 on a good quality cpu cooler.

Only if you're not going to overclock. Even then a non OC 8700k full load might be too much for that cpu cooler.

212 will be fine if your not overclocking , if you overclock , you need a better cooler.

Personally, I'd go with the DARK ROCK PRO 4.
Spending that kind of money on a system only to find out you have to replace the CPU cooler when you decide to overclock, is not something i'd like to experience. When you go high end on a processor, don't skimp on the cpu cooler. It defeats the purpose. The Dark Rock Pro 4 won't fit that case though and that case's air flow isn't all that great due to the front panel design. I'd go with a case that has front mesh to keep both positive and negative air flow.
