Will it work? Intel Core i5-4670k

I just bought 2 cpus both were supposed to be Intel Core i5-4670 but they sent me two i5-4670k's
My question is will they work on my Memphis-B motherboards? Intel site says the i5-4670 is compatible but nothing about the k's. I am unsure is they will work or I should exchange them for the right ones.

It will work but you won't be able to overclock it. K series SKUs are meant for overclocking but B series chipset can't overclock.
