intel core i3-6100(of course it will bottleneck the videocard a little bit, depending on games/will upgrade to i5)
Gigabyte GTX 970 extreme(is the motherboard enough to run this card?)
Corsair VS650

1. The parts are compatible and will work together.
2. The RAM will down clock to whatever will work.
3. Motherboards are not limits for GPUs, so it will run fine.
4. Your PSU is not the greatest, and I would use something better. What's your budget in local currency? I may be able to suggest something higher performance. It is powerful enough to run your whole system.
