WILL IT WORk?

will my tx 550 m run a 4670k, gtx 770, 1 hdd, 1 sdd, 4 fans and 8gbs of ram?
i would also like to OC my gpu to the link below for the 770.
also i would like to OC my cpu aswell.
will it run with oc or without oc?

Will it work? Yes. Is it more on the bare minimum side? Yes. I wouldn't overclock too much unless you get a better PSU like a 650+

The GTX 770 requires 42 amps and 600 watts to safely operate. Your psu has enough amps (46) but not enough watts (550)

I would not even run it without OC and definitely not with OC.

Maybe if it was a Seasonic, XFX or Antec but that Corsair is of low-mid range quality at best.

You do know know how to calculate watts don't you. 42*12 = 504W on 12V alone. the 600W is assuming a std PSU. the 42 Amps on 12V is the more important figure.
