I wanna upgrade my pc, I want to get a EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB, FX-8320 and a Seasonic X-650 650W. But will it handle it? Will it fit? are there any problems?

All of those components as well as your case adhere to the ATX form factor. Your motherboard is also AM3+, which is the correct socket for that AMD FX CPU. Overall, I don't see any compatibility issues.
